Our Candles are made to order. Therefore, please allow up to 3-5 days of processing time, and a 7-14 business days for delivery within Canada - Longer shipping time may occur during the Christmas season.
Damages and issues
- Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost or returned back to us.
- MAISON L'ATMØSPHERE handles their packing process with love and care, however, we ask you to please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
